This was a rather predictable and boring match, but there's one funny thing to take from it.

Based on 2008, Kirby was expected to get **76.69%** in this match. Needless to say, XFD 2008 Kirby. If you were banking on a Kirby \> Sonic upset this contest, this was pretty much the exact spot where that hope came crashing down. Kirby was clearly not in his bandwagon-inspired 2008 form.
