## Ulti's Analysis

This was actually a highly debated match pre-contest, and given the 50% prediction percentage I can see why. These are two very similar years when you look at them side by side, but the difference for me was one of them has a main line Zelda title. I loathe Wind Waker, but when it comes to contest strength Zelda loves to lay down the LAW (Link Always Wins). 2013 only had Link Between Worlds to match, but I know the Zelda fan base. If you put a console title next to a handheld title, almost all the console titles beat the handhelds for whatever reason. I don't get why, but it's how they think.

Despite things finishing within the 60-40 barrier, this was never really a match. 2003 won very easily, which is one of the few debatable calls in this contest I actually got right. Final Fantasy X-2 was simply not shitty enough to drag 2003 down into the danger zone, though I was hoping for 2003 to collapse. Fuck The Wind Waker, fuck Final Fantasy X-2, fuck Mario Kart Double Dash, fuck Xenosaga, fuck Dota, fuck WarioWare, FUCK Final Fantasy Tactics Advance... and fuck everybody, now that I think of it. Full George Carlin style. Advance Wars 2 is okay and I liked a few other games, but most of 2003 can burn.

2013 has Fire Emblem Awakening, Bioshock Infinite, and Link Between Worlds. In a perfect world, 2013 would have won, but hey at least I picked the right year in my bracket with the right logic!
