Goofs and Issues:

SC2K3 match Mario vs. Crono II started early, and also finished late because Mario was losing at the normal finish.
SpC2K4 match Xenogears vs. Pokemon was restarted and run again the next day, because initially only registered users could vote.
SpC2K4 match Vice City vs. KotOR ran for two days because the site was experiencing difficulties.
SC2K4 match Ryu vs. Jill was run twice, because initially the match picture often showed Sora/HK-47 instead due to a glitch.
