Each poll-update graph has a Smoothing control (all updates / 1 min / 5 min / 15 min) for the noisier matches. You can also set any interval by hand with &seconds=N in the URL (e.g. &seconds=3600 for hourly).
For graphs, you can click on the legend to hide an entrant.

User RPGuy96 has created an Extrapolated Standings Calculator - a downloadable tool that can be used to estimate the results of hypothetical match-ups based on past data. To use it, you will need the Java Runtime Environment.
