The follwing adjustments were made:
A +20% adjust for Samus was used because it seems sensible, and optimal when looking at Samus, Ganon, and Auron. A +20% adjustment is also very similar to giving Samus the average value of Mario and Crono.
For the sake of simplicity, Ness was given his 2K4 value (which affects Carl Johnson).
Yoshi was adjusted by keeping Laharl constant with his SC2K4 value.
Pac-Man's value (which affects Revolver Ocelot) was derived by giving him the same relationship to Kefka that their match in SC2K3 implied. Note that Pac-Man's adjustment is cumulative with Yoshi's.
It should be noted that no adjustment was made for Ganon in the standings below, though one may be called for. Also, Bowser (and others in the Dream division) are likely overestimated a bit due Bowser overperforming against Solid Snake (Snake had a notoriously bad picture in that match). Master Chief likewise may have overperformed against Crono. And Sora was the victim of perhaps the most beloved pic of all time, so his part of the bracket may be underestimated.
